Wieliczka Salt Mine is the most unique and remarkable place about 10 km far from Kraków. Tourists are taken down a world of natural and man-made phenomena. Now it is a museum, however for over 700 years, people mined the salt from under the ground. Visitors can see how that proces looked like. There are much more amazing attractions like enormous, dug out of the solid rock chambers, beautiful chapels or a great numer, made of salt, sculptures.
